What is the Minimum Order Quantity for Custom Lapel Pins?

Our minimum order quantity for custom lapel pins is 100. However, we are able to work with smaller quantities on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us to see how we might be able to assist you with lower than minimum quantities.

Just keep in mind there will be a significant price increase.

Am I Required to Order in Lots of 100?

While our minimum order quantity is 100, with price breaks beginning at 300 pins, 500 pins etc.

You can order any exact quantity of custom pins. You can order 183 pins, or 642 pins, any quantity that you may need!

What Sizes and Shapes are Available?

Pins can be made in nearly any shape. While the most common sizes for custom 1 to 2 inches, we can custom manufacture any specific size as long as the design is producible.

The minimum size is 3/4 inch in which small text may be unable to read.

We can produce pins ranging from approximately 3/4′′ in diameter up to 3′′. Specific MM and CM sizes are available.

What Materials & Metals Are Our Lapel Pins Made From?

All of our custom lapel pins are struck or cast from metal.

The base metal used depends on the type of lapel pin, as well as other factors and availability.

The types of metals we use include copper, brass, steel and zinc alloy.

We can also provide products made from aluminum and stainless steel upon request.

Once I place an Order, How Long Will it Take to Receive my Lapel Pins?

Once your design has been approved, and your order placed, we place your lapel pin order into production immediately.

Our production process typically takes between 10-15days, (excluding shipping from China) plus shipping to you from Burbank, Ca.

This places your total turnaround time between 21-28 days.

Why Are There So Many Different Styles of Pins, and How Do I Know Which is Best for Me?

Each of the different styles of lapel pins we manufacture offer a unique appearance according to your needs and preference.

The artwork will help decide which process would be best for each pin. Often the primary difference between each style will be purely aesthetic.

Deciding on a particular style is all up to your preference for what your final pins will look like, including the metal plating color, polished or antique finish and other customized options.
